“𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘂𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲” with facilitators Alice Priori and Sarj Lynch (aequa) and in collaboration with the Civil Society Forum

This 3-day course (16–18 October 2025 | Berlin) is for organisers, activists, educators, artists, journalists, and community builders who refuse to look away — and want to learn how to hold space for honesty, dignity, and connection in challenging times.

🔗 Details: “𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘂𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲”

This Erasmus+ accredited residency takes place on the Axladitsa land in Greece, in collaboration with the Living Wholeness Institute in July 2025.
It is a collective exploration and co-created program that invites our bodies and minds to slow down, be immersed in nature, and connect deeply with one another.

Guided with just enough structure by Maria Scordialos and Alice Priori, participants engage with the land, themselves, and the group, opening to practices and wisdom that emerge from living in harmony with place.

Over the course of a week, we arrive and settle, tune into the rhythm of the land, co-create a learning ecology rooted in regenerative practice, journey through nested systems, explore the potentials emerging within and between us, and imagine how these seeds can manifest back home. We close by celebrating the connections, insights, and sense of belonging cultivated together.

The CitizensLab has initiated in 2023 a Berlin based “Regenerative Cultures Community of Practice (CoP)” that is aiming at creating peer-learning exchanges among people (facilitators, activists, artists, change-makers, social innovators, ..) dedicated to bringing regenerative approaches in social transformation processes.

We meet monthly in Berlin to peer-learn and share practices, we host workshops for the wider Berlin based ecosystem and we also offer the possibility to join the Ulex Project trainings in Spain with all costs covered.

Workshops for Regenerative Activism in Berlin.

Collective Care Berlin is a self-organized team committed to weaving care, healing, and resilience into the fabric of activism.

We believe that true solidarity begins in the body. By grounding ourselves in somatic wisdom and regenerative practices, we nurture our collective capacity to stay present, act with intention, and sustain long-term movements for justice.

Regenerative activism calls us to show up with our whole selves—honoring the deep interconnectedness of body, mind, and community. This means creating spaces that don’t just resist and confront systems of oppression, but also cultivate rest, renewal, and belonging.

Our work is rooted in the belief that sustainable change is only possible when communities are supported, resourced, and able to heal together. In solidarity, we share these practices with the wider activist community in Berlin and beyond—fostering an activism that not only fights back, but also imagines and builds the world we long for.

APERO – Alliance for Participation, Empowerment, and Resilient Organizations

APERO is a Erasmus+ funded project that brings together five civil society organizations from Germany, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Serbia, working to strengthen democratic participation, collective empowerment, and organizational resilience across Europe.

The project fosters collaboration among grassroots initiatives and social change practitioners through peer learning and job shadowings. Its goal is to build the capacity of civil society to respond to today’s complex social challenges and to co-create inclusive, participatory, and caring spaces.

How do we LEARN faster and more profoundly in and through our diversities in these times of cascading systems breakages?

How do we HOST… if we do not bring our different identities, positionalities, world views, lived experience and dreaming natures together?

We, the CitizensLab and the Living Wholeness Institute are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for a transformative 3-day gathering. A time of deep listening, inquiry, and the exploration of various pathways to profound personal and collective transformation in service to these times.

This is an Art of Hosting Master Class. We are calling this space to inquire into the hosting capacities and competencies for accelerating depth learning to navigate the cascading systems breakages and potential of these times.

We wish to create a rich learning container to collectively harvest what emerges between us: What qualities and capacities enable places, fields of people, organisations, extreme contexts to transform to higher orders of potential?
We will focus on the dance between the inner practices and the collective practices of hosting in complexity.

The Enriching Communities through Engaged Mobilities (ECEM) project wants to further develop the connections between civic engagement, internationalization, and inclusion. Ensuring active citizenship and participation in society is understood as a key element in the process of making mobilities more inclusive and societies more integrated. Ensuring a sense of belonging through actively participating in society, enforces inclusive and integrated societies at the European level.

CitizensLab has organised a 3 days „Learning through engagement lab“ in Berlin in October 2023 where we used Art of Hosting approaches to create an environment of deep listening, sharing, and reflection, enabling participants to explore the complexity of the challenges they face implementing problem-based learning formats such as Service Learning while harnessing the collective intelligence and expertise of the group.

The Lab supported in increasing the level of participation and engagement of the different stakeholders involved in the project: students, teaching and administration staff, and NGO representatives.

Through the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Meaningful Conversations, we wish to invite a deep learning and reflective space where together we can explore a world view of connectivity as living systems, mental models that enable us to create through complexity and designing processes that invite full participation that lead to harvesting new collective intelligence and wise action.

CROSS- Citizenship and Recovery of Opportunities for Suburban Space

The aim of the CROSS project is to empower young people through processes of regeneration of urban spaces. It´s core scope is to bring a change of perspective on the topic of citizens participation and decision-making, both as regards to the activities that will involve the young people and in the reinterpretation of neighborhoods as living spaces where to rebuild the collective bonds and the skills to take care of the community.
In the project, 5 partners from 5 member states of the European Union will work together for 2 years. They come from Spain, Italy, Romania, Portugal and Germany and they are vocational training non-governmental organisations, associations and social enterprises.
The project will run from February 2022 to February 2024.

We hosted a seasonal online epxeriential learning space where we firstly cultivated ourselves and our own personal transformations so that we can enter into a collective inquiry about co-creating the commons of democracy that lead to the radical changes of governance we wish to see.
