Nick Connaughton

I run the Creative Engagement department at Arcola Theatre, one of the UK's leading off-west end venues, housed in a converted warehouse in Dalston, East London. This means finding creative, thought provoking and new ways to use the power of theatre to influence the world around us. I run youth theatre, schools and community theatre programmes, as well as talent development strands, all of which aim to find and nurture the artists and audience of tomorrow. We believe that theatre has the power to drive radical change, and are also the world's first Carbon Neutral Theatre!
