Elina Makri

I am a journalist based in Athens, but I travel a lot in Europe because I do European journalism. I am a co-founder of Oikomedia, a professional social network for media professionals created by journalists and techies in Greece (mainly) and Italy. Oikomedia started out of the need for foreign correspondents to understand the reality of "my" local community and not report about it behind a computer screen in Brussels.
