I'm Branko from Croatia, a PhD student and a researcher at the Institute of Public Finance in Zagreb. My research field includes local budget transparency and democratization of the budget process and giving citizens a say in policy formulation and resource allocation. Am a singer, music-lover who cares about freedom and equality and always hopes for a better tomorrow.
