I am a co-founder of the Open Labs Hackerspace Albania, not for profit community that promotes open knowledge and open data initiatives such as Wikipedia, Linux, LibreOffice, Mozilla, OpenStreetMap and any free libre open source platform that promotes the free software manifesto. As a local community builder I would love to share my personal and collective experiences of building from scratch a community of hacktivists.
