City Shadows is a project initiated by Mahatat for Contemporary Art in the 2015 Idea Camp and it is supported by the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) and the Drosos Foundation. This toolkit is a part of a series of publications that document Mahatat’s practices and experimentations in transforming public spaces through art interventions.
