Frauke Godat

Frauke is a political scientist and works as a learning consultant. She has been hosting in the international Art of Hosting network for more than a decade. The theory of the Chaordic Organisation (leading between chaos and order) has been guiding her through her professional life: as a project assistant at Greenpeace International, as a digital volunteer with Pioneers of Change, and when co-founding the first Hub Berlin. For the past 10 years, she has taken the Art of Hosting practice and other transformative learning approaches into curriculum development and the public administration of Kiel University where she is working and learning with students, civil society actors, and university teachers.
