Inner-to-outer transformation: How can we cultivate commons of democracy? We hosted an online, seasonal, learning journey to explore and practice our own personal transformation and how these can lead towards collectively creating the commons of democracy that are needed to radically change our societies. The journey was hosted around four topics that we believe are core to cultivating these capacities: embracing a living system perspective; creating healthy, collective power relations; decolonising ourselves; cultivating commons of democracy.
